Is there a req level for skills ? - Guild Wars Forums

Hi,

I'm enjoyin the release of the game as i'm sure everybody else is. My question is can i learn hundred blades in ascalan at level 6 or do i have to eb higher. Because i looked all over and i cant seem to find it in that city even though on this website it says that you can learn it there. I also cant seem to locate Hamstring, can anybody give me a suggestion as to wheter they are related to skills or am i missing something ? The same goes for elementalists i cant seem to locate Armor of Earth and ward against melee eventhough they should be in ascalon.

There are no level restrictions on skills. But many of the skills are unlocked through quest completion, and to complete the quests you need to be able to get to a certain area of the game, and to get to that area you either have to intentionally NOT level or you will be an appropriate level once you get there. So you're not going to be seeing many level 6 people busting out with very nice elite skills. They will come in time, though, if you're able to travel to the skill trainers.
